Eco Camp for Girls: Theater and Nature in Sonta

We had the pleasure of hosting a beautiful eco-theater camp led by the informal youth group Eko-kulturalci. A group of young women from different parts of Serbia gathered here to spend a few spring days creating, learning, and connecting — with each other and with the local community.

Their main focus was theatre — using it as a way to explore environmental topics, emotions, and team spirit. Over the course of the camp, they even began developing a performance inspired by their shared experience in Sonta.

As hosts, we simply tried to keep the soup warm and the garden green.
